Terms and Conditions

This offer applies to:

• reservations made from 1^st July 2020.
• 36-month tenancies
• residents who meet Get Living reference criteria
• Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs)
• New tenancies only. It excludes company lets, non-AST agreements, change of sharers and existing residents and transfers.
• move ins that happen prior to 31st August

To qualify, we must be in receipt of written confirmation that a referral has been made prior to the reservation. We will reserve the right to refuse to pay vouchers if we are not in receipt of such confirmation.

Vouchers will be paid upon successful move in.

There is no cash alternative. The offer is not negotiable or transferable.

This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer from Get Living unless otherwise stated.

You may be required to partake in some publicity for Get Living as required. By accepting this incentive, you consent to being contacted to take part in this activity.

Get Living reserves the right to vary, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

This offer may not apply to all homes in all neighbourhoods and Get Living reserves the right to restrict the vouchers to homes specified at the time of enquiry.

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the offer.

The offer is given on a per household basis not individually.
