Crowds of over 4,000 enjoy Get Living London fireworks display

Thousands of people headed to East Village E20 on Fireworks Night to enjoy Get Living London’s fireworks display – and it proved to be a roaring success!

Following the success of last year’s spectacular event, Get Living London hosted a free firework display in the former London 2012 athletes village, and over 4,000 people turned out to watch the show, and enjoy food and drinks from a delicious range of retailers.

The pyrotechnic extravaganza was choreographed to contemporary music and lit up the skies of East London, and followed on from a 500 light display reacting to movement and the wind.

The East Village E20 Fireworks Night is part of Get Living London’s programme of annual events, following their successful summertime events earlier this year including the East Village E20 Outdoor Film Festival and the Wimbledon-themed East Village E20 Fair.

Get Living London offers new homes to rent at East Village E20, the former Athletes’ Village. For more information look here or call 020 3714 808.
