Newton Place, Lewisham will mark Get Living’s third neighbourhood in London. It will bring 649 homes for rent including Get Living’s first co-living homes. Current and future residents of Lewisham can look forward to a new destination with a mix of retail, leisure and food and beverage.
Homes in Lewisham will be available to rent in 2024.

One Maidenhead in Berkshire will be Get Living’s first development outside of a major city and will provide 429 homes to rent. Working with developer HUB, it will revitalise central Maidenhead with office, retail and leisure spaces as well as an extensive public realm including a garden square.
The development in Maidenhead is expected to be completed in 2024.

Set to be Get Living’s second suburban neighbourhood, our Leatherhead site will bring 214 sustainably designed homes with resident amenities to the Surrey town. The homes will be surrounded by green space next to the River Mole Nature Reserve and Leatherhead Park.
The build-to-rent neighbourhood in Leatherhead is expected to be complete in early 2025.
Our Birmingham neighbourhood will bring 551 homes to rent as well as 47 affordable homes on Sherlock Street in Birmingham. Residents will have access to social lounges, a gym and co-working space in a double-height sky lounge. There will be a new pedestrianised public square connecting the city centre to the wider Rea Valley Urban Quarter.
The final phase of the development is expected to be complete in 2025.
Elephant & Castle town centre is one of London’s most significant redevelopment projects, which will deliver a transformed environment for residents, shoppers, and retailers. The former shopping centre site will see 485 homes delivered to rent (313 market rent and 172 affordable rent) alongside 135,000 sq ft of shops, restaurants and leisure space, 55,000 sq ft of workspace.
The scheme will also provide a new university campus for London College of Communication, UAL and a new Tube station entrance and ticket hall, plus a high-quality public realm.
This second phase Elephant & Castle town centre is set to be complete early 2026. A further 498 new homes as well as a 500-person capacity cultural venue is set to be delivered in a third and final phase.
Our future Leeds development is set to transform Globe Road in the South Bank area of the city. The development plan includes 780 homes to rent with studios, one, two and three bedroom homes as well as family townhouses. There will be a hub overlooking the canal with a range of amenities and retail spaces.
With plans for 1,500 new homes in Scotland’s ‘second’ city, Get Living’s development in Glasgow will offer a mix of rental homes and student accommodation. Located behind High Street rail station, there will also be a new public square, commercial spaces and tree-lined routes connecting Merchant City to the East End of Glasgow.
