Your Resident App
Download our Get Living Resident App to manage your journey with us.
It’s super easy to use and it will be your tool to report maintenance requests, pay your bills, see updates about the neighbourhood and much more!
- Download from Google PlayStore or the Apple App Store
- Download and install “Get Living Resident” by “Yardi Systems”
- Once installed, the system will display the login screen. Please login with the email address you’ve used for the Resident Portal
- Off you go! It’s very intuitive and easy to use.
Getting Your Mail and Deliveries
Letters and some small items are delivered to your numbered post box, in the building lobby. There’s one for each home. Larger items are left in the “BringMe” boxes in your building lobby.
Register yourself on the BringMe App for easy instructions on how to use these boxes.
TULU Smart Rental Platform
TULU is located in Portlands Place at Hightail Main Lobby and the Skybridge, and will be open 24/7 for your convenience.
All rentals and purchases are easily done using TULU’s mobile app.
What’s Available?
Rentable household items such as PS5, cordless vacuum cleaners, VR headsets, robot mops, massage guns as well as snacks, soft drinks and toiletries. Find a handy printer station where you can use the TULU app to print from a simple file upload.
