We’re dedicated to making your renting journey easier, safer and more enjoyable. We provide a range of services and support on-site, to look after you and your neighbourhood.

Whether you have something that needs fixing or a question about the paperwork, your Relationship Management Team is here for you six days a week.

Your Concierge service

The Concierge Team is based in Raglan & Tantallon House, they provide a reassuring presence all day long and is a great source of help and information about the neighbourhood and our homes.

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Sunday: 8am to 8pm

Elephant Central Security Team

24/7 security around Elephant Central is provided by members of the Neighbourhood Team. To contact security call 07702 569 217.

Your Resident App

Download our Get Living Resident App to manage your journey with us.

It’s super easy to use and it will be your tool to report maintenance requests, pay your bills, see updates about the neighbourhood and much more!

  1. Download from Google PlayStore or the AppStore
  2. Download and install “Get Living Resident” by “Yardi Systems”
  3. Once installed, the system will display the login screen. Please login with the email address you’ve used for the Resident Portal
  4. Off you go! It’s very intuitive and easy to use.

Getting Your Mail and Deliveries

Letters and some small items are delivered to your numbered post box, in the building lobby. There’s one for each home. Larger items are left in the “BringMe” boxes in your building lobby.
