Drink to Donate – Saturday

From March 26th-27th, we are working alongside Tupi to raise money and collect donations for families affected by the conflict in Ukraine.

For every drink purchased we will donate £1 to the Disaster Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. This appeal is match-funded by the Government (up to £20 million). Every £1 raised by Get Living and its residents will therefore be doubled.

Items donated by residents will be sent to a charity that is supporting those who have left their homes and fled to Poland. The following items are most requested:

• new clothing and shoes
• toiletries
• blankets & sleeping bags
• bandages
• nappies and baby wipes
• sanitary products
• crayons and colouring books

The funds raised and items donated will be an enormous help in providing families displaced from their homes with the essentials they need. 

*If items donated can no longer be accepted by local charities supporting Ukrainian refugees , they will be donated to alternative charitable causes.
