All you need to do is email the full name of the person you are referring to your Resident Team, and tell your friend to mention you when they get in touch.

Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is to redeem £100 worth of Amazon.co.uk gift vouchers for each referral, with a maximum of five referrals per Resident.
2. This offer is only applicable to current Get Living residents who are not on notice. Referee’s can take advantage of any active ‘new resident’ offers.
3. To be applicable for this offer:

  • Residents must email their Resident Manager with the full name of the person they are referring to Get Living prior to reservation.
  • The referee must inform Get Living of the referral no later than at the point of reservation. Referral claims after this point will be deemed invalid.
  • The referee must be a new resident to Get Living.
  • The referee must be starting a new tenancy; the offer is not applicable for renewals or joining an existing tenancy.
  • The referee must take a minimum 1 year ASTs.
  • The referee must take a home at market rent price.

4. Get Living have the right to revoke this offer if an unsatisfactory referral has been made.
5. This offer can be claimed up to five times per Resident.
6. If multiple residents refer the same individual, the offer will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.
7. This offer will only be obtained after the referee has moved into the home.
8. This offer is not to be combined with other vouchers and is not valid with other promos or offers.
9. This offer is not redeemable for cash.
10. If the referee is sharing, it will be one voucher per new household and not one voucher per person in the household.
