Join Nat from Hackney Herbal on a walk across the Olympic Park to look at edible and medicinal plants ? that are around this time of year. In this workshop, Nat will share her expert knowledge on the history of herbal medicine and why plant medicine is so effective.
It’s an opportunity to discover and connect to the plants ? growing around us, learn how to identify them and find out more about their uses and history.
You’ll get to try some tea made from locally picked wild herbs and take away a pack of herbal tea ?
