To get the most out of your workout, we’ve invited Technogym to The Oakgate for a day of wellness, movement and mindful living. On Saturday 9 August, we have a calendar of events planned that are packed with tips, guided workouts and consultations to show you new ways to exercise and enhance your fitness journey.
All sessions are free for residents but spaces are limited – make sure you sign up at Reception.
09:00-09:45 – Technogym onboarding
A resident onboarding experience designed to help empower you on how to use your Technogym equipment, the technology and how to enhance your workout. Be taught personalised exercises, progress tracking, and receive exclusive content. An intimate group session to take place on the gym floor.
10:00-10:45 – Breathwork workout session
A breathing, stretch and mindfulness class led by our Technogym Educator. Explore various breathing techniques and mindfulness practices designed to reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote well-being. 12 spaces available.
11:00-11:45 – Yoga class
Yoga led by a Technogym Educator designed to experience a blend of movement and mindfulness, leaving your customer feeling revitalized and centred. 12 spaces available.
12:00-12:30 – Lunch break
13:00-13:45 – ‘Eating your way to wellness’ nutrition talk
Designed to empower individuals with knowledge about how dietary choices can play a crucial role in the prevention and management of chronic diseases, dietary patterns and meal planning. Take away hints and tips to reducing sugar and salt and managing blood sugar levels. 12 spaces available.
14:00-14:45 – Breathwork workout session
