Just over the road from the Elephant & Castle tube station and upstairs from Elephant Central, our massive fitness playground gives you plenty to explore over two whole floors. Whether it’s rigs, racks or cardio that gets you going, we’ve got all the gym equipment you need to start smashing your fitness goals. And if it’s specialist stuff you’re into? Perhaps we’ll soon be seeing you coming out swinging at a class in our Olympic-sized boxing ring, going savage in the saddle in our multi-coloured spin studio, or taking a breath in our fully-kitted yoga studios.

Looking for a little coaching in your life? You’re in the right place. With the capital’s biggest class timetable, our awesome instructors are on hand to put you through your paces every day of the week. If it’s some one-to-one action you’re after, that’s no problem either. Our team of Very Personal Trainers are always found on the gym floor.
