Festive lucky dip: Artisan ceramic Christmas tree decorations at New Maker Yards

December 4, 2025

Give your tree extra sparkle this year – check out a brilliant ceramic gachapon vending machine filled with beautiful, handmade Christmas tree decorations, designed by local artist Amy Victoria Marsh.

From Friday 5 to Sunday 21 December 2025, you can try your luck at the vending machine located in the reception at New Maker Yards, where they can purchase a beautifully crafted ceramic Christmas tree decoration for £7.50, with all proceeds donated to Diversity Role Models, helping spread festive cheer and support the local community at the same time.

Each of the seven limited-edition festive designs has been created by Amy in her distinctive, playful and characterful style. Hidden among the 200 decorations is one extra-special find – a gold reindeer with a red nose, waiting to be discovered by one lucky visitor.

Each piece has been hand-made and individually finished, making each piece unique – a delightful addition to any Christmas tree or a thoughtful seasonal gift.

Donate £7.50 here and show your receipt to reception to claim your voucher to the machine.
