Uber vouchers offered to new residents worth upwards of £480 a year

This offer has now expired.

  • The partnership ensures new residents can order contact-free home deliveries from local restaurants and grocers in London and Manchester
  • Those that reserve a Get Living home before end of March will receive vouchers every month for their first 12 months when they move in

Build-to-Rent operator Get Living is offering new residents monthly Uber Eats vouchers adding up to a minimum of £480 a year to use across its East Village and Elephant Central neighbourhoods in London and its New Maker Yards neighbourhood in Salford.

The neighbourhoods offer stylish, modern apartments in East and South London and Manchester. Those reserving homes before the end of March can start to enjoy £40 per month in Uber Eats vouchers for the first 12 months of their stay.

The vouchers can be spent on food and groceries from restaurants and shops available via Uber Eats.

Get Living partnered with Uber on the scheme to offer residents delicious meals with contact-free delivery. Once lockdown restrictions lift, the vouchers could also be used for requesting trips via the Uber app. This comes in addition to the range of benefits and services Get Living already provides its residents including free Wi-Fi, exclusive offers with Sky Q, option to have a pet and access to free social events.

Steven Osei, Head of Brand Experience and Partnerships, at Get Living said: “In the early days of 2021, we know that there is still uncertainty around the pandemic, so we’re delighted to be partnering with Uber Eats to help new residents treat themselves to a takeaway.

“We’ve spent the past year focusing on how we can help our customers do more by adapting to the ways that people now live, from redesigning home spaces for more comfortable home-working to making our properties pet-friendly. We know that throughout lockdown many of our residents across our neighbourhoods relied on Uber Eats for their meals, and so wanted to incorporate this into our offer. When we’re out of lockdown and it’s safe to travel around our cities again, residents will also be able to benefit from Uber credits across rides.”

The offer applies to homes reserved by 31 March 2021 and is redeemable on move-in. See full terms and conditions.
