We’re all about encouraging the wellness of our residents. Whether that’s a walk in any our nearby green spaces, a visit to one of our local gyms or getting a workout in at one of free exercises classes – exclusively offered to Get Living residents.

Across our neighbourhoods, we offer free weekly workouts through our partners – Our Parks in East Village, Peak Performance at Elephant Central, local trainer Maria at One Maidenhead and Coaches for Change at Sherlock Quarter.

East Village exercise classes

Abs, Bums & Thighs (ABT) on Monday at 18:30

A 60 minute body weight class focusing on strengthening your abs, bums and thighs. Beginner friendly with different variations to suit all levels.

Circuits on Tuesday at 18:30

Start your week right with circuit training - varying timed exercises to put you through your paces. Session takes place on Victory Park with all abilities welcome.

Box Fit on Thursday at 18:30

A knockout workout on Victory Park! A cardio and muscular endurance session to music. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Bootcamp on Saturday at 10:00

This class is a 60 mins body weight Bootcamp class (no equipment needed) and inclusive for all abilities.

 

Elephant Central exercise classes

Fat Burn on Tuesday at 19:00

This class is geared towards burning calories and fat and localising the areas of the body that require toning up. Elevate your heart rate over a 50 minute period.

Circuits on Thursday at 19:00

Circuit training consists of a consecutive series of timed exercises performed one after the other with varying amounts of rest between each exercise.

All levels of fitness are welcome.

Run Club on Friday at 18:00

End the working week right with our weekly run club on Friday evenings. A great way to stay active and meet other residents. Meet at concierge in Raglan House.

One Maidenhead exercise classes

Stretch, Relax & Meditate on Tuesday at 19:00

Unwind and recharge with our weekly ‘Stretch, Relax & Meditate’ session. Perfect for reducing stress, improving flexibility, and finding inner peace. Hosted by Maria in the Living Room. All levels welcome!

Desk Detox Training on Wednesday at 19:30

Improve your posture after long days at the desk with this strengthening class.

HIIT Circuit Session on Thursday at 12:30

Fit in an energetic workout at lunchtime with our weekly circuit training. Boost your fitness and energy with this dynamic full-body workout designed to challenge all levels. Hosted by Maria in the Resident Gym.

Sherlock Quarter exercise classes

Cardio on Monday @ 18:30

Build strength, improve your mood and feel empowered with a high-energy workout. You'll start slow with a warm up and then build up into fun and energetic cardio. This free class is hosted by Coaches For Change. All levels welcome with limited spaces.

Yoga on Wednesday @ 18:30

Stretch, relax and restore your energy in our yoga class. Expect a calm session that supports both your body and mind. This free class is hosted by Coaches For Change. All levels welcome with limited spaces.
