Listening To The Experts

Of course we’re pleased when we pick up awards or get recognition from our peers. But the most important perspectives are those of the people who live in Get Living homes. That’s why every month, we invite around 100 residents – representing all our neighbourhoods – to give us feedback on Get Living: our homes, our service, our community and events.

We then use that feedback to pinpoint areas where we can do more – whether that’s improving service, or doing more of the same.
