Mindful Plant Drawing with Harriet ?
Mindful drawing ✏️ is all about being present in the process, rather than focusing on the outcome. In such a fast-paced world, mindfulness is necessary to slow down the mind, reduce stress and bring balance. Being mindful means letting go of judgement, and the stories we tell ourselves about not being creative: after all, we are all creative in our own way.
Residents will study the intricacies of plants and learn how to draw detailed illustrations with Harriet’s guidance. All materials used will be sustainable and eco-friendly; they will be able to take their drawing home in a mount card frame in a biodegradable ‘plastic’ wallet.
About the Artist
