We will, therefore, ask you to provide original acceptable document(s) to be verified by a member of the Get Living team. All adult occupiers must visit us in person with their ID to be verified within 72 hours after expression of interest. Those with a limited right to remain will also need to provide us with their document(s) within 28 days of the proposed tenancy commencement date. A list of acceptable documents can be viewed here: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/573057/6_1193_HO_NH_Right-to-Rent-Guidance.pdf
You will need to provide us with your most recent payslip and corresponding bank statement so that we can verify your declared income. If you are self-employed, an accountant’s reference along with bank statements will be required.
We will require proof of your current address.
