Get Living London at East Village has been named ‘Private Rented Sector Project of the Year’ at this year’s inaugural MIPIM UK Awards.
The MIPIM UK Awards recognise developers and their public and private sector partners for their contributions to revitalising cities and towns across the UK.
The news of the award win enabled Get Living London to celebrate and reflect on its success since launching at East Village in May 2013 with an aim to make renting in London a better experience. Get Living London has since developed into an industry leader, setting new standards for the rental sector by developing the creation of an honest and transparent relationship between landlord and resident.
Commenting on the award win Neil Young, chief executive at Get Living London, said ‘We are delighted to receive this award which recognises the company’s concerted effort to shake up the private rental sector through this exemplary project. We are proud to be commended for the high quality of the homes and our provision of a service which we feel is currently unparalleled.
The success at the MIPIM awards coincided with an important milestone as Get Living London recently welcomed its 1,000th resident, Christin Ender, a 25 year old digital marketer from Bow to East Village, E20.
