Get Living, the UK’s leading build-to-rent operator, developer and investor, has appointed Jon Wood as Chief Information and Technology Officer.
With over 20 years’ experience in international c-suite digital and technology roles across business and consumer organisations, Jon joins Get Living from the Medical Protection Society, where he was Executive Director, Member Experience, Digital and Data. In his previous role, Jon was Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Digital and Data at Disney and prior to that he was Chief Information Officer at Carnival. Jon has also has held senior roles at Merlin Entertainments PLC, Fitness First and Nuffield Health.
Jon will lead Get Living’s technology and neighbourhood teams, bringing extensive experience in defining and delivering technology and digital strategies as well as large scale change programmes and transformations. He joins Get Living at a time of growth and innovation, with 4,000 operational homes and a further 6,500 in the secured pipeline across the UK. Technology is at the heart of Get Living’s infrastructure and resident proposition, with its resident app providing support, engagement and convenience for residents across its three neighbourhoods.
Reporting into Chief Executive Officer, Rick de Blaby, Jon joins Dan Greenslade, Chief Financial Officer, and Ailish Christian-West, Chief Operating Officer, on Get Living’s executive team.
