Get Living, the UK’s leading build-to-rent operator, developer and investor, has partnered with TULU to introduce its in-building smart platform for residents at Victory Plaza and Portlands Place in East Village, Stratford.
The new TULU Smart Rental Units provide residents with on-demand access to day-to-day appliances via a mobile app. At Portlands Place and Victory Plaza, these include Bosch cordless vacuum cleaners and robot mops, game consoles, VR headsets, projectors and air mattresses. Residents can also purchase items such as healthy snacks and food staples. The units are located in the lobbies of Victory Plaza and in the reception area and tenth floor Skybridge at Portlands Place, adding to the existing amenity offer for residents.
TULU aims to create a new way of living for people worldwide, promoting responsible consumption. Its product taps into the growing demand for the ‘usage economy’, in which people prefer to access things only for the time that they are needed rather than owning them, supporting sustainable living. The products on offer are tailored to the needs of the residents and are inspected regularly by the TULU team to ensure that items remain clean and of high quality.
