Our residents say...

East Village offers an escape from the bustling crowds of London with its greenery and wide public spaces, as well as having several independent shops, cafes and services within a five-minute radius which makes for a very self-sufficient place to live. I also love how there is such a community feel around, especially with Get Living’s events always bringing people together in the best way possible.

East Village Resident

I love wowing my friends with our apartment and views! – as well as going along to events organised by Get Living in the building as a way to meet new people. There’s a really strong community feel within the building, which I think is quite rare in a big city. And with so much happening on our doorstep, and being so central to an ever-changing city like London, I just can’t imagine I’ll rent anywhere else.

Elephant Central Resident

Really it was the sense of community that sold it to me. Manchester has a great choice of flats but it was seeing pet owners (who I now know as the Dog Squad) chatting away in the courtyard while their pups played...that created a really nice vibe that I knew I wanted to be a part of. With security on site 24/7 I feel completely safe living on my own and actually, because of the design of the buildings, where you can see neighbours having their morning coffee on their balconies, in the courtyard, chilling along the river, you don’t really ever feel alone.
