Now all Get Living residents can have these and hundreds of other questions about their home and local area answered by the Get Living Assistant, Evie.

For everything in your neighbourhood and at home

To help provide a seamless move-in experiences for new residents and act as a neighbourhood guide, the Get Living Assistant is available to anyone that rents with Get Living and uses Google Assistant on their smart devices.

Evie, named after Get Living’s first neighbourhood East Village (EV), serves as an AI member of Get Living’s relationship management team, on hand to help 24/7 when you say: “Hey Google, speak to Get Living.”

Residents will be able to ask questions from: “How do I control the heating in my home?” to “What time does the dry cleaners close?” and “How far to the nearest pint?”

How to access your Get Living Assistant

Simply download the Google Assistant or Google Home app to your phone and register your address so that Evie can give you the most up to date information relative to East Village in Stratford, Elephant Central in Elephant and Castle or New Maker Yards in Salford.

Whether you are at home or out and about, once set-up all you need to reach Evie is say: ‘Hey Google, speak to Get Living…’

Getting smarter

If Evie can’t answer your question first time, or if you just want to speak to a real person, Get Living’s relationship management team remains available on phone, email and in-person at our welcome offices, six days a week.
