Chobham Academy gets Outstanding Ofsted report

Only two years after coming into existence, East Village’s Chobham Academy has reached the heights of an “Outstanding” award from its first Ofsted report.

The school, which is for students aged 3 right through to 18, only opened in East Village in September 2013, with the buildings previously being used for the 2012 London Olympics. The school was purpose-built to serve the new community established in the former Olympic Village, and is full of children living in and around East Village.
