As we continue to scale as a business, we recognise the importance of enhancing the digital journey to deliver a platform that is fit for purpose with a strong focus on customer experience.
Today, we are excited to announce the launch of the new ‘Find a Home’ journey which provides a seamless and frictionless experience enabling renters to find their home in three simple steps: search, select and apply.
In partnership with Yardi, we are proud to be the first partner in Europe with access to the property search API presenting a transformative shift in our digital journey and experience. Our goal with the find a home experience was to create a journey that provides real time availability of homes available across our neighbourhoods along with reducing the steps in the current journey.
