To celebrate bonfire night Get Living put on the latest in their programme of exciting neighbourhood events.
In our East Village neighbourhood, the former Athletes’ Village, visitors and residents alike were able to enjoy an incredible showcase of light and sound for the second annual Theatre of Light event.
Thousands of people made their way to E20 to fill their bellies with delicious hot street food and to gaze in wonder at the lights, parades and acrobats, and to have their senses overwhelmed with an electrifying light and DJ show in Victory Park.
The Theatre of Light, which was a free, non-ticketed event, is just the latest in a series of exciting events organised by Get Living for residents and visitors. Keep your eyes peeled for more events in our neighbourhoods in the run up to Christmas!
