Strength and conditioning work run by Jared Berndt
Outdoor fitness class mixing cardio, strength and endurance. Consisting of circuit training, core stability, kettle bell and Boxercise.
This class is geared towards burning calories and fat and localising the areas of the body that require toning up to give you the body you want.
It does so by elevating the heart rate for a 50 minute phase of the class.
Circuit training consists of a consecutive series of timed exercises performed one after the other with varying amounts of rest between each exercise.
All levels of fitness are welcome.
A dynamic conditioning class, taking elements of Pilates, circuit training and strength work to leave you feeling supercharged for the week ahead.
Work alongside the fantastic FitFam PT’s to improve your fitness and strength levels, whilst learning new exercises and techniques. This class will leave you feeling amazing, inspired and motivated!
An invigorating Pilates-based whole body work-out, designed to strengthen, tone and mobilise you in both body and mind.
Please note this is an online class held on Zoom.
This class is a 60mins body weight Bootcamp class (no equipment needed) and inclusive for all abilities.
