Explore Your Neighbourhood

Space to play. Space to train. Space to dream. This is not the London living you know.

With 25 acres of parks and wetlands, East Village is a place to breathe the air and get active. Even our gigs and gatherings take place outdoors.

Inspired by the amazing facilities of London 2012 on our doorstep, and by the legacy that lives on in every building, life at East Village is on a bigger scale.

Picking Your Place

With more than 1400 homes to rent, there’s more choice at East Village.

A place to share while you settle into London? Tick. Your first home together as a couple? Tick. An amazing space to bring up kids, with a school run that’s literally a walk in the park? Tick, again.

Choose the size and layout. Choose from three different collections of furnished homes. Go unfurnished. You’re in charge.

Making Your Connection

East Village’s transport links were designed to get tens of thousands of Olympic spectators in and out of central London at speed. So when it comes to your commute, you’re in good hands.

Waltz to Waterloo in 21 minutes; cruise to Kings Cross in 7. That not only makes mornings less manic, but it also opens up your evenings and weekends too.

Your Commute Time

Taking Time Out

Merlot, mojito, macchiato and every mocktail in between; the sound of East Village is an mmm of contentment. Independent coffee shops; bars and restaurants for every mood and every occasion: all right here in your neighbourhood.

You don’t even have to go out: dotted around our streets, you’ll find some of the most amazing independent food stores in the whole of London: French cheese, Italian ice cream and brilliant British veg.

Living in East Village

Looking After You And Yours

There’s no better way to de-stress than relaxing outdoors. Stroll through the trees or quiet footpaths. Join us for outdoor yoga, a spot of bouldering or a run in the park. If you’re lucky, you might spot an Olympian- leading a fitness class. Prefer to find your tonic away from the gym? You’ll find live sessions, free films on the outdoor screen and brilliant arts and craft festivals. There’s always something going on.

Living Local

How do you make a Scotch egg? That’s not a joke; it’s an opportunity – exclusively for Get Living residents. It was one of our Big Nights In, free residents’ events that give you a chance to try something new and meet your neighbours. For something more thought-provoking, sign up for our Supper Clubs, with great guest speakers. When you get living local, you get more.
