What Is 9Round?

It’s a 30 minute high intensity, results driven workout! Every session is led by our trainers who will have you burning up to 500 calories per session whilst teaching you the fundamentals of kickboxing. We have no class times so you can work out on your own schedule! A new circuit starts every three minutes. Time wasted: ZERO!
